Common questions
Do I need to buy inventory upfront?
No. Dropship orders ship from Sparta Labs stock at your per-unit dropship price. If you later want your own stock and rates, our 3PL program adds that on top.
What does each order cost me?
The per-unit dropship price for the compounds, $1.50 per vial for labeling with your artwork, and flat shipping ($9.50 standard, $19.50 two-day, $39.50 overnight). Everything is itemized on your balance ledger.
How do orders reach you?
Through the WooCommerce plugin or the REST API with your key — both send tracking back automatically. You can also watch everything in the dashboard.
What happens if my balance runs out?
Orders hold safely instead of failing, and release automatically when you top up. You can set an auto top-up threshold in the dashboard.
